Gibron (G) founded Oevae Marketing Consultants after graduating from an ambitious career in the corporate jungle of Dallas, Texas. G’s work has received accreditation in dozens of industries of major standing. G has a NIKE attitude – Just do it.

G staged some of his talents while teaming with Ticketmaster. He quickly escalated to creating employee incentive programs that increased sales and lead to hiring and training people to promote Ticketmaster products and really enjoyed his humble beginnings in the entertainment industry.

Being technically savvy since age 7, and a true Capricorn, G took on a 3 year tenure at VISA. Here, he was the youngest manager leading the VISA Purchase Security Program; a new promotion directed to building relationships with consumers and their credit card purchases. G remembers the program’s humble beginning with folding tables, then leasing of warehouse space to accommodate many thousands of satisfied card member files. The program grew with great success – now a staple program for VISA.

One might hear G referring to himself as the Black Knight, and confused – like wondering the meaning of Oevae – It’s because of his ground zero nurturing while on board at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. G’s experience, and heritage is why he refers to himself in such a way; A strong, silent, mystical, and true force; ready for battle. G jousted with many telephone promotion ideas that engaged consumers and enabled the reservations department to increase sales for Medieval Times.

G retired his corporate jungle career after climbing the ranks at Fedex Kinko’s. By the end of his 6 year reign, G had received countless accolades, promotions, and award of excellence. Most of all G learned to listen, to build a teams by bringing mixed talents together, and made sure consumers received more than they expected – a great ROI. G remembers several customers would adjust their schedules, just to ensure he would direct, add creativity, and bring life to otherwise meek promotional attempts.

G can be a bit loud. Vocal. Maybe even out-spoken when communicating. It’s his passion for what he believes. This was captured while he was a key conference speaker on the topics of Marketing and Branding for Operation Oasis. Operation Oasis is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, faith-based organization offering solutions for youth at-risk, economically and socially challenged residents in the greater Dallas and Collin Counties. Other organizations have been touched by G’s creative spirit such as; Head Start of Greater Dallas, Preston Center Rotary Club, and Miss Plano Frisco Scholarship Organization, just to name a few.

Today, G lives and works comfortably in Texas. G is the Head Honcho of Oevae Marketing Consultants and works on his new environmental projects like GoingGreenInAmerica.com, LiveGreenInMckinney.com and helping more Texans protect their good name using his latest marketing product called LifeLock

G says, “I promted the company with a conversation and a business card – I took the opportunity to engage people with common words and desigens, used in an individual way. The company name came from the Yeddish word Oy vey, my title as the Head Honcho is common to success in America, and our logo is the letter "o" which has been called sexy, mysterious, unique, and though provoking – this determines the true direction for the oevae brand.”
